Product Description

Intelligent Operation: This filament production and recycling machine integrates heating, temperature control, traction, and winding functions, allowing for automatic filament production with just one button. A real-time LCD screen displays temperature and speed with an accuracy of ±0.05mm. Even beginners can start producing filaments within 5 minutes. Ready-to-Use Filth: 3D Printing Workflow. Our filament extruder easily converts plastic waste (such as empty bottles) into ready-to-use filaments without complex pretreatment. One standard bottle yields approximately 10 meters of filament, reducing material costs by over 90%. Quiet Operation: This filament extruder uses ceramic heating elements and a DC brushless motor, consuming only 150W and operating with extremely low noise (<50 decibels). Weighing only 2.4kg and occupying a space similar to an A4 sheet of paper, it can be easily placed in a corner of a desk, making it ideal for dormitory/home use. Wide Compatibility: This 3D printing extruder features a fast-heating brass nozzle and adjustable temperature/speed settings, flexibly adapting to various plastic types. This 3D printing filament extruder can operate at a maximum temperature of 300℃ and is equipped with a highly efficient cooling system. DIY Creation: This 3D printing filament extruder can recycle waste plastic bottles and printing materials, reducing filament costs and visually demonstrating the wonders of plastic recycling. It is an excellent choice for DIY creations and 3D printing educational experiments, transforming everyday waste into endless possibilities.
