Building on the BP23 base, the BP23 Pro has evolved in every aspect, with improvements in interior and exterior fabrics, functionality and transport system, creating an even more exceptional user experience. The entire body of the BP23 Pro is made of 500D CORDURA nylon fabric, known for its fantastic wear resistance, tear and water resistance, and its quick-drying properties. The lining is made from 400D polyester fabric, which is highly durable with excellent tensile strength of 5 kg (11.0 lb). The BP23 Pro consists of 4 compartments with a high capacity of 23 L (1,404 cu in), meeting the needs of most users. The main compartment retains the laptop compartment, the two internal side pockets and the front mesh zipper pocket of the BP23, but simplifies the original 7-section design, adopting a large modular loop surface to facilitate user customization and further expand its utility. The front compartment features multiple dividers and supports full 180° opening for quick access to various items. It also adopts a two-way zipper design and includes a retractable key ring for convenience. The angled opening design of the outer compartment allows smoother access from the shoulder, while the flock-lined top compartment protects devices such as phones and glasses from scratches. The back panel is made of 8mm EVA foam and honeycomb mesh, paired with padded shoulder straps that provide cushion protection and relieve the burden on the wearer. Cross shaped ventilation paths on the back panel allow air to circulate, making the backpack more breathable. The internal reinforcement of 3 mm thick fiberglass prevents the backpack from being compressed from top to bottom and from side to side, whether users wear or carry it. Additional features include a trolley pouch and quick release shoulder straps, convenient for business trips and quick unloading. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
