The Sweeney Series 4 Blu-Ray
\u201CI am utterly and abjectly pissed-off with this little lot!\u201D says Detective Inspector Jack Regan (John Thaw) in the final ever episode of The Sweeney. But you won't be, with this stunning collection of unforgettable episodes from Series 4 of the show that redefined the British police procedural forever. In the last series, Regan, aided and abetted, as usual, by Detective Sergeant George Carter (Dennis Waterman), tangles with a Glaswegian police officer trying to prevent a kidnapping, a girlfriend who has a vision of his impending death, and a boss, Haskins (Garfield Morgan), dealing with his wife's mental illness whilst hunting an informant who shot a cop. If that wasn't enough for Regan, he is also accused of corruption and threatened with jail time! It is all g1
