TopSpec UlsaKind Cubes are suitable for horses prone to gastric ulcers and those undergoing veterinary care. They are formulated to be highly sympathetic to the equine digestive system, especially during normal increases in stomach acidity between feeds. These cubes are cereal-grain-free, very low in starch and sugar, high in fibre, and have a conditioning index of 12 MJ/kg, making them both ‘Non-Heating’ and conditioning.The cubes help maintain a healthy stomach lining through very high levels of β-glucans, which form a soothing gel coating in the stomach. This gel reduces splashing of the upper squamous epithelium and slows feed passage through the stomach and intestines. The addition of pectin further thickens the feed into a viscous mucus in the stomach, lowering the glycaemic index and supporting digestive health.The formula contains 1% marine-derived ingredients to help maintain healthy stomach pH. Slow feed passage allows more nutrient absorption in the small intestine and reduces carbohydrate reaching the hindgut, preventing excess lactic acid. Refunds
