Lumie Bodyclock Shine 300 wake-up light alarm clock radio 15 sounds sleep sunset
Lumie Bodyclock Shine 300 Wake-up Light Lumie Bodyclock Shine 300 wakes you gradually with light that mimics a real sunrise. The brightening light is a signal for your body to reduce the production of sleep hormones such as melatonin, whilst increasing the levels of hormones like cortisol that help you get up and go and so you're brought naturally round from sleep. This provides a fantastic start to the day for sufferers of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and the winter blues, and helps anyone who is not naturally a morning person to feel brighter and more energetic first thing. Bodyclock Shine 300 features FM Radio and 14 sleep/wake sounds to either complement the fading sunset and sunrise alarm or listen to during the day. Bodyclock Shine 300 has cloth-covered speakers and provides fully adjustable bedroom lighting, bright for reading or a relaxing soft glow. Other features include a nightlight setting, 7-day alarm and tap-control snooze. From Lumie, Light therapy specialists and inventors of the very first wake-up lights. Depth: 120 MM Height: 180 MM Width: 210 MM Power Type: Mains
