Sealey Sanding Belt 100 x 610mm 40 Grit - Pack of 10 - WSB6140
This 100mm x 610mm sanding belt in 40 grit specification provides coarse abrasive performance for rapid material removal and surface levelling. The coarse grit makes this variant ideal for initial dimensioning work, removing mill marks, flattening warped boards, and preparing rough timber for finer sanding stages. Supplied in a pack of 10 belts, this ensures you have adequate stock for extensive preparation work. The 40g grit delivers fast cutting action whilst leaving a surface suitable for progression to medium-grade abrasives. This makes it particularly valuable for workshops processing rough-sawn timber or undertaking restoration projects where significant material removal is required. The aluminium oxide resin bonded construction maintains its aggressive cutting ability throughout extended use on both softwoods and hardwoods.
