Metallica St. Anger Double Vinyl LP 180 Grams Colored Orange New
METALLICA St Anger (2024 UK/EU limited edition 11-track double album 2-LP pressed on Some Kind Of Orange Vinyl produced by Bob Rock and Metallica and originally released in 2003. Featuring the singles St.Anger Frantic The Unnamed Feeling and Some Kind Of Monster. Gatefold picture sleeve with cover artwork by long-time collaborator Brian Schroeder a.k.a. Pushead. Hype sticker & factory sealed) Track Listing: Some Kind Of Orange Vinyl double album 2-LP Never underestimate the regenerative powers of Metallica. Following the stripped-down Load and Reload theyve returned to the raw vitriolic savagery of their earlier canon using 1984s Ride the Lightning as a template for St. Anger. The title track provides the psychic lynchpin of the album by combining the bombast and defiance of the bands earliest high-water marks with more deliberate lyrics and emotional nakedness. Equally cathartic is Some Kind of Monster a lumbering beast of a song that declares This is the voice of silence no more. Despite that claim theres an economy to these lyrics; James Hetfields raw-toothed growl only occasionally punctuates the menacing soundscapes. In fact Dirty Windows the standout track here is a shimmering five-minute instrumental thats free of the baroque trappings that sometimes clutter the Metallica landscape. Side A 1. Frantic 2. St. Anger 3. Some Kind Of Monster Side B 1. Dirty Window 2. Invisible Kid 3. My World Side C 1. Shoot Me Again 2. Sweet Amber 3. The Unnamed Feeling Side D 1. Purify 2. All Within My Hands
